Parties details:
- Birthday Parties are a structured 2 hours long
- 80 minutes on the play floor and 40 minutes for celebrating Birthday (Once everyone transitions, there is no back and forth).
- A $200.00 nonrefundable deposit is required when you schedule a party or event. The remainder balance will be due at the beginning of the party, when you arrive. Gratuity is automatically added to the party package total upon check out.
Party Packages:
The popular Birthday Party package at Play Towne is $695.00 which covers up to 20 children and 20 Adults (Birthday Child not included in the total) $18.00 for every additional child. $5.00 fee for each additional adult. Only Pizza and drinks may be brought into Play Towne. 1 party attendant will assist with the Party room set up and clean up.
Outside food (anything that is not Pizza) is not allowed unless the Outside Food fee is applied. (If a fee of $150.00 - nonrefundable is paid additional to the party package fee, then you are allowed to bring your own food and dessert tables) We also have Party Packages with No Food Option and less children, please see the packages below.
Play Towne provides:
- 1 party attendant to assist with Party needs
- Tables and chairs for the children
- 1 cake table/cake knife provided
Party Host may bring:
2 cold side dishes (store bought only) must be Fruit, Cold Pasta Salad, Veggie Platter, or Salad only. (No Exceptions) If additional food, and dessert table set up are brought in then a $150.00 fee will be charged to the Birthday Party package.
Decorations:
Table cloths, Birthday Banners, and centerpieces (These items can be dropped off 10 minutes prior to the start time of the event, our Party Attendants will make sure the Party room is decorated). Any decoration assembly must be done prior to drop off (example: pompoms fluffed, banners threaded, party favors assembled).
Balloons
Birthday Cake and or Cup Cakes (please bring candles)
Guest reminders
Online Waiver form must be signed (link to online waiver form)
Everyone must wear socks (Socks can be purchased at Play Towne if needed)
