CAN I EXTEND MY PARTY TIME?
No, we do not extend party times, you may book an additional party time slot if available.
CAN I HAVE MORE THAN 12 KIDS AT OUR PARTY?
Yes, each additional child will be $18.00 each between the ages of 1 to 12 years of age
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS OUTSIDE OF THE 2 COLD SIDES DISHES (FRUIT, COLD PASTA SALAD, VEGGIE PLATTER, OR SALAD ONLY)?
If additional food, drinks and dessert table are brought in, you will be charged a $150.00 USD fee (you may also choose to pay this fee to bring in your own food & drinks but the children’s food & drinks package will not be provided).
DO YOU HAVE BATHROOMS ONSITE?
There are two (2) ADA bathrooms located on the play floor.
CAN I HIRE VENDORS TO COME INTO PLAY TOWNE?
Play Towne works with approved vendors, at the time of booking please inquire about the vendors and we will check availability and coordinate the booking/scheduling for the Birthday Party or Event.
DO YOU HAVE A PARTY ROOM?
Yes, we offer a private party room.
WHAT DOES PLAY TOWNE PROVIDE FOR PARTIES OR EVENTS?
We provide paper plates, napkins, utensils, cake knives, lighter. All paper products are white. We also have 2 ADA bathrooms onsite.
WHAT TYPE OF DECORATIONS CAN I BRING?
We suggest light pre-assembled party decorations and favors, pre-threaded banners, tablecloths and pre-filled balloons (Helium tanks are not allowed).
HOW EARLY CAN I ARRIVE BEFORE MY PARTY?
You may arrive no more than 10 minutes before your party start time.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
There is onsite and street parking available.
HOW MANY PARTY ATTENDANTS WILL MY PARTY HAVE?
One attendant will be assigned to your party.
WHAT WILL MY PARTY ATTENDANTS HELP WITH?
Party attendants will set up the party room and manage the party time.
HOW MANY BOXES OF PIZZA SHOULD I BRING?
When the final headcount is provided our staff can assist you with the amount of pizza to order. You may also consult with our Birthday Party Coordinator by email or phone call.
ARE MY GUESTS ALLOWED TO EAT WHILE WE ARE ON THE PLAY FLOOR?
No, we do not allow food or drinks on our play floor. Due to the health and safety of all our guests.
CAN I HANG OR STICK DECORATIONS ON THE WALL OR CEILING OF THE PARTY ROOM?
No, we do not allow any items to hang from the ceiling or taped to the walls.
IF I CANCEL MY PARTY WILL I BE CHARGED?
Our cancellation policy is as follows: If you cancel your party 7 days prior to your scheduled party, you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance for your party package. If you cancel within 72 hours of your party date, you will be charged 100% of the remaining balance for your party package. All deposits will not be refunded whether you cancel or change dates and times. We will only reschedule your party once two weeks prior to your scheduled party. Deposits will be forfeited and no more changes will be accommodated after one change.
PARTY POLICIES:
- All visitors must read and sign Play Towne waiver form
- A $200.00 non-refundable deposit when you schedule a party or event. The remainder balance will be due at the end of the party
- Opening presents/gifts during party time is not suggested
- Alcoholic beverages are not allowed at Play Towne
- Clean socks are required for everyone entering Play Towne
